Watermelon Salad: This refreshing salad combines juicy watermelon, rich feta cheese, cucumber, and fresh mint leaves for a perfect summer side dish or light meal.

  • add 2 cups watermelon balls to a bowl
  • follow with 1/3 cup feta
  • add 1 cup chopped cucumber
  • and top with a pinch of mint

want to add protein? add in chopped up walnuts for some an extra cruch


Watermelon Agua Fresca: Blend watermelon chunks with lime juice, stevia, and coconut water to make a delicious and hydrating watermelon drink.

  • 2 cups watermelon
  • 1 1/5 juiced limes
  • 2 packets of stevia
  • 1 24oz coconut water

The watermelon adds the refreshing taste, the limes add zest, the stevia adds sweetness while keeping your blood sugar from spiking, and the coconut water adds natural electrolytes for your body’s hydration.
