A Simple Guide to Starting Your Day Right
Are you tired of feeling groggy and unproductive in the mornings? Do you wish you could kickstart your day with energy and focus? Look no further! In this guide, I’ll walk you through my simple morning routine that will help you wake up refreshed, get your body moving, and set the tone for a successful day ahead.

7:00 AM – Wake Up and Stretch
- i like to start my day by waking up and spending a few minutes stretching my body. This will help increase blood flow and energy levels. I then grab my phone and check my sleep stats from my oura ring this helps me decide how much i can push myself for the day
7:15 AM – Hydrate and Refresh
- I then grab my stanley and I will chug water to rehydrate my body after a night’s sleep. I then will make my bed, Take a moment to plan out my day. Write down my goals, tasks, and priorities, which will help me stay focused and organized. and then go to the bathroom and wash my face and brush my teeth to feel refreshed and ready for the day. 8:00 AM – Healthy Breakfast
- I then head to the kitchen and prepare and enjoy a nutritious breakfast to fuel my body. This could include options like protein cereal, protein espresso, protien smoothie, or a turkey bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich.
9:00 AM – Exercise or Meditate
- At 9 I head out the door and go to my pilates studio. the class starts at 9:30. its a great way to promote mental and physical well-being. as well as I work every muscle in my body, align my spine, and get a great stretch afterwards!
10:30 AM – Head to class
- by 10:30 the class is over so I head to straight to class at 11
12:00 PM – Connect with Others
- by 12:00pm I use this time to connect with family, friends, or colleagues. It could be through a phone call, video chat, or meeting someone in person.
